The Judgment and Destruction of Jerusalem

2 Volumes in 1

This outstanding reprint in hardback is a must for any Christian with even a slight interest in the events of the judgment and destruction of Jerusalem in the first century AD. Expertly reproduced by Lloyd Sprinkle in 2013, this volume is out of print and difficult to find. American Vision found a small amount of these and bought them up immediately. These are first-come and once they're gone, they're gone. Don't delay in getting your copy of this important and historic work by two authors from the 19th century.

Patton's Judgment of Jerusalem is the larger work of the two, contained in 230 pages and ten chapters. Holford's 90-page addition, The Destruction of Jerusalem, is more of an essay, but no less relevant and impactful that Patton's. The two works compliment each other perfectly, and make a rock-solid case for the prophetic significance of the events leading up to and including the Roman siege of the city in AD 70.

The Destruction of Jerusalem: An Irresistible Proof of the Divine Origin of Christianity (George Peter Holford, 1805)

History records few events more generally interesting than the destruction of Jerusalem, and the subversion of the Jewish state, by the arms of the Romans. Their intimate connection with the dissolution of the levitical economy, and the establishment of Christianity in the world; the striking verification which they afford of so many of the prophecies - are circumstances which must always insure to the subject of the following pages more than ordinary degrees of interest and importance.

For the use and gratification of such, the present treatise, in a more accessible and familiar forms, is diffidently offered to the public.
